Deloitte has entered into a deal to acquire BIAS, an information technology consultancy that helps public and private sector customers adopt Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) Cloud Infrastructure.
Deloitte said Thursday that terms of the deal are confidential and the company pursued the transaction to complement its portfolio of Oracle cloud migration service offerings.
The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
Roswell, Georgia-based BIAS also offers managed IT services to federal civilian, defense and state and local governments.
The consulting firm has worked with Oracle since 2005 and received the latter’s partner of the year awards for demonstrated expertise in cloud infrastructure and software-as-a-service applications.
