Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) has reported space and intelligence sector contracts worth a combined $348 million that include digital engineering and information technology services.
SAIC said Thursday it booked a $100 million contract to support an undisclosed space sector customer and secured a $46 million initial award to help another classified client transform IT operations.
Michael LaRouche, president of SAIC’s national security and space sector and a 2021 Wash100 awardee, said his business team offers alternative technology integration and delivery approaches to clients.
“These wins transform our portfolio, align to our growth strategy, and most importantly, allow SAIC to deliver bold outcomes to achieve our clients’ objectives faster.”
The $100 million award will involve digital engineering tasks similar to work under a $355 million space-related contract the company disclosed in its fiscal 2022 second quarter.
