Tiffanny Gates, president and CEO of Novetta and a 2021 Wash100 Award recipient, said in a statement published Thursday that she is excited to serve as senior managing director of Accenture Federal Services’ new national security segment.
The new segment will deliver technology platforms in the areas of analytics, cloud engineering, intelligence and cyber in support of missions of defense, intelligence and law enforcement agency clients.
“Our disruptive technologies combined with Accenture Federal Services’ ability to deliver federal innovation at scale are highly complementary and will play a major role in meeting our clients’ mission needs,” added Gates.
AFS will integrate Novetta’s 1,300 data scientists, software developers and other technology professionals with its approximately 11,000 employees through the transaction.
“Our combined company brings the scale and power of Accenture Federal Services’ digital capabilities together with Novetta’s ability to solve the government’s toughest mission challenges with precision,” said John Goodman, CEO of AFS and a 2021 Wash100 Award winner.
