IntelliBridge, a McLean, Virginia-based portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital, has purchased U.Group to expand its technology portfolio and client base across federal civilian, defense and homeland security agencies.
U.Group is a digital transformation company founded in 2010 and provides Agile development, consulting support, data science, DevSecOps, data products, analytics and other technologies to help government agencies address mission-critical problems, IntelliBridge said Tuesday.
Cass Panciocco, president and CEO of IntelliBridge, said the transaction will enable the company to bring data science and artificial intelligence platforms to prospective and current customers in a scalable and Agile manner.
Panciocco added that U.Group’s team of technology professionals enhances IntelliBridge’s position in the market for digital platforms.
KippsDeSanto served as financial adviser to U.Group in the transaction.
Enlightenment Capital launched IntelliBridge in March 2020 following the acquisition of IntelliWare by Trowbridge. IntelliBridge offers intelligence, cyber, cloud and digital support services to defense, homeland security, law enforcement and civilian agency clients.
