BlackHorse brings technologies designed to help defense and intelligence customers integrate EW, information and cyber operations, Parsons said Tuesday.
The acquisition, which was announced in June, also adds new autonomous detection, identification and signal-defeating systems to Parsons’ product portfolio.
The purchase of BlackHorse also aligns with Parsons’ strategy to absorb companies with revenue growth and adjusted EBITDA margins of more than 10 percent.
BlackHorse specifically offers automated spectrum sensing, signal detection, machine learning and EW systems, such as the TReX and Galileo products.
