Under the five-year contract, APL will help the agency maintain organizational performance of MHS in the long term and conduct studies about topics of interest to the military health care institution, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
The university-affiliated nonprofit will also advise and assist the agency on matters related to oversight, strategic planning, and resource allocation matters.
DHA will fund task orders under the single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with available appropriations during the ordering period.
Work will primarily take place in Laurel, Maryland, and the ordering period is scheduled to conclude on May 31, 2026.
