The two companies will supply parts and provide services to MSC for engine maintenance work on hospital ships, fleet oilers, expeditionary mobile bases, dry docks, Kocak-class container ships, submarine tenders and other vessels, the Department of Defense said Friday.
Work under the multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will take place in various locations across the globe through May 20, 2026.
Each awardee immediately will receive $75,000 for initial orders, DOD noted.
The command received two offers for the procurement effort via the SAM website.
