Sehlke Consulting, an Arlington, Virginia-based management consulting and professional services firm, has unveiled a new advisory practice focused on health care.
The firm’s health care advisory practice is focused on helping clients align resources with their internal process improvements, readiness priorities and structural changes, Sehlke said Friday.
The practice supports various client efforts, including health care system integration, modernization of business and clinical processes and implementation of congressionally authorized health benefit reforms.
The launch of the new advisory practice came after Sehlke received a potential five-year basic ordering agreement in December to support the Defense Health Agency’s Enterprise Medical Market Efficiency Support Services program.
Under the EMMESS BOA, the company will provide program management, operating model design and strategy implementation, financial management, data analysis, modeling, supply chain management and senior management consulting services in support of the Military Health System modernization efforts.
