IntelliBridge, a portfolio company of Enlightenment Capital, has acquired technology services provider Alethix for an undisclosed sum as part of efforts to grow customer base and footprint across digital government programs.
Fairfax, Virginia-based Alethix works with federal customers to help them apply DevSecOps and cloud computing platforms to address missions, IntelliBridge said Monday.
Jason Rigoli, a partner at Enlightenment Capital and chairman of IntelliBridge, said the departments of Homeland Security and Agriculture are among the agencies that explore new technology areas where Alethix is focused on.
