Jill Feldon, vice president of marketing, communication and community relations for Kaiser Permanente in the Mid-Atlantic region, has been named by the American Heart Association as chair of the 2021 Greater Washington Region Heart Walk.
“Staying on top of your health has never been more important and I am pleased to help encourage our region to take important steps for their health and, specifically, their heart health through my work for the 2021 Heart Walk,” Feldon said in a statement published Tuesday.
Feldon has been working at Kaiser Permanente for 14 years and currently oversees the company’s integrated communications and brand management team.
The Heart Walk is an annual campaign that seeks to celebrate the lives of heart and stroke survivors, promote physical activity and raise funds for health care programs.
The 2020 Heart Walk virtual event chaired by Tim Gillis, managing partner of KPMG, raised $1.6M in funds.
