She will oversee the implementation of all projects across the company’s health division, including programs across the VA, Defense Health Agency and the Department of Health and Human Services, Halfaker said Wednesday.
Dawn Halfaker, president and CEO of Halfaker, said Tuisamatatele’s leadership, health care and technology experience will help strengthen the company’s health portfolio and improve its ability to deliver critical health IT services to veterans and service members.
Tuisamatatele has over 25 years of IT and lean process engineering experience in private sector and federal markets. She most recently served as director of the health portfolio at VA. Prior to that role, she oversaw all IT planning initiatives for over 40 projects as community care portfolio manager.
