U.S. Special Operations Command has released an updated list of 46 awardees on a potential $950M contract for core services in support of SOCOM’s enterprise requirements in the U.S. and abroad.
SOCOM initially awarded the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract in May and the Department of Defense said Friday the command updated the list after a corrective action was initiated in response to protests filed with the Government Accountability Office and Small Business Administration size challenges were addressed.
The command will use operations and maintenance funds for fiscal 2020 to meet a contract minimum guarantee of $2,000 under the IDIQ contract, which covers knowledge-based services and subject matter expertise in support of engineering, training, education, program management, professional and technical requirements.
