CACI International (NYSE: CACI) has received a potential five-year, $465M task order to develop network security platforms for the U.S. Army’s command, control, computer, communications, cyber, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance center.
CACI said Tuesday it will the Army Combat Capabilities Development Command develop software-based approaches to support the military service's research and modernization programs.
The Arlington, Va.-based contractor added it will assist cross-functional teams in efforts to implement 5G, satellite and near-field communications systems.
John Mengucci, president and CEO of CACI and 2020 Wash100 Award winner, said the company's mission professionals will support the Army’s C5ISR functions and help the service to bring critical technology platforms from the laboratory to the field.
