GovCon industry veterans Michael Polmar of Growth Partners Solutions, Mark Johnson of 3A Broker Services and JP Foley of Foley Ventures have combined their consulting businesses to launch a new advisory firm focused on providing full-service business and strategy development support to small- and mid-market GovCon firms.
Washington, D.C.-based Catapult Growth Partners will also provide transaction and business transformation support to help clients deliver technologies and services to the federal government in support of its strategic missions.
“Catapult is honored to serve our collective portfolio of clients who represent some of the most innovative and successful businesses within the small- and mid-market GovCon space,” Polmar, a managing partner of CGP, said in a statement published Wednesday. “By combining our efforts through CGP we will be able to better serve and accelerate growth for our client partners.”
Johnson and Foley also serve as managing partners of CGP. The company’s leadership team also includes five client delivery partners with decades of federal market experience.
