Julie Olson, former director of operations at professional and technical services provider Irving Burton Associates, has joined NetImpact Strategies as lead for its federal civilian business unit.
NetImpact said Tuesday Olson will oversee delivery, customer experience and innovation efforts for federal customers as well as explore new opportunities for the Falls Church, Va.-based company to create value and expand mission support for the sector.
“As a frontline representative of company, I will strive to implement transformational leadership, enrich the growth of our team members, and leverage NetImpact’s strengths and existing portfolios to improve client satisfaction and present solutions to the challenges they not only face today but will encounter tomorrow,” she said of her new role.
During her tenure at IBA, she developed strategic approaches and led business capture transactions worth a total of $200M. She played a role in e-commerce and network projects and portfolio management functions within the Defense Health Agency.
Olson also previously supported information technology and procurement efforts for the Department of Transportation, U.S. Courts and the National Park Service.
