Shannon Hattersley, formerly acting vice president of civilian programs at ProSphere, has joined B3 Group as director of capture.
The 15-year federal consulting industry veteran will be responsible for helping drive B3's business and growth strategy in her new position, the company said Thursday.
Prior to her previous capacity, Hattersley was VP of ProSphere's defense programs. She also worked in various roles at Three Wire Systems, PwC, Eagle Hill Consulting, Calibre Systems and Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH).
The certified project management professional earned her bachelor's degree from James Madison University.
Herndon, Va.-based B3 offers acquisition, clinical and health IT, infrastructure, software engineering, training and project management office support services to the government sector.
