Matthew Madalo, a government contracting and legal professional, has been named vice president of legal, contracts and compliance at Siemens Government Technologies.
Tina Dolph, president and CEO of SGT and a 2019 Wash100 award recipient, said in a statement published Monday Madalo’s GovCon experience and familiarity in procurement and international law will help the company deliver platforms designed to address the complex challenges facing customers.
“I look forward to working closely with Tina and the executive team at SGT to help them in not only enhancing their compliance programs for the sustained confidence of their customers, but equally important, to amplify a level of transparency that’s in keeping with the special responsibility and privilege Siemens’ has to serve government customers and their vital missions,” Madalo said.
Madalo most recently served as legal counsel and director of contracts management at Rapiscan Systems. He held senior legal counsel positions at three different organizations and worked on aviation security policy and regulations under the office of the chief counsel within the Transportation Security Administration.
