ICF (Nasdaq: ICFI) has entered into a lease agreement for a 200K-square-foot headquarters building in Reston, Virginia.
The company said Wednesday its next global HQ will have a glass and steel structure and will feature a two-floor glass lobby, eight floors of open office space, outdoor areas and collaborative areas.
Construction work is scheduled to be complete by late 2022.
“As we celebrate our 50th anniversary this year we are very pleased to announce a new headquarters that will inspire innovation, creativity and collaboration,” said ICF CEO John Wasson.
According to the company, the building is designed to comply with Energy Star and Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design standards.
Comstock Holding Companies and Jones Lang LaSalle provided support to ICF in the lease transaction.
