Frank X. Spencer Wins $240M Army Land Surveying Contract

Frank X. Spencer has won a five-year, $240M contract from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to perform land survey architectural and engineering services.

USACE received 12 bids for the firm-fixed-price contract and will provide funding and location details upon issuance of task orders, the Department of Defense said Thursday.

The Pentagon expects the company to complete tasks by Oct. 23, 2024.

FXSA is an El Paso, Texas-based civil engineering firm that offers surveying, construction management, geographic information systems, commercial drone services, laser scanning, 3D modeling and mapping services.
