Joseph Brendler, a retired U.S. Army major general, has joined the senior advisory board of information technology firm Ultimate Knowledge.
Tony Akers, co-founder of Ultimate Knowledge, said in a statement released Tuesday Brendlers career and experience in the U.S. armed forces will provide strategic insights for Ultimate Knowledge’s product development efforts and help the company prepare its cyber professionals for challenges in the cyber space.
His military career included time as chief of staff of U.S. Cyber Command and the Defense Information Systems Agency, commander of 2nd signal brigade and director of operations of the Joint Task Force-Global Network Operations.
Ultimate Knowledge has been delivering IT, software development, information assurance and cybersecurity training and professional services to the Department of Defense, federal agencies and commercial clients since 1999. Its products include OpenDash360, UKI Training Content, EMF360 and UKI Professional Services.
