Rockville, Md.-based technology advisory firm Dinocrates Group has acquired networking and communications firm Global Management Systems Inc. for an undisclosed sum to expand its portfolio of technology platforms and mission-critical services.
GMSI will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary and leverage Dinocrates™ technology and data security experience and skills to help the latter broaden presence in secure mobility, communications and networking areas, Dinocrates said Tuesday.

Jim St. Clair, chief technology officer of Dinocrates, said the GMSI acquisition provides Dinocrates the ability to architect, maintain and offer cloud computing, blockchain, software-driven networks and unified communications services and related platforms to defense clients.
GMSI has been providing telecommunications, network engineering, large area network infrastructure, configuration management and other information technology support services to government and commercial clients for over three decades.
