Communications & Power Industries has agreed to acquire General Dynamics™ (NYSE: GD) antenna systems business for an undisclosed sum to expand its portfolio of communications products for military, government and commercial clients.
CPI said Monday transaction is expected to be finalized before the end of 2019, subject to customary closing conditions.
SATCOM Technologies is part of General Dynamics™ mission systems business unit. It designs and produces satellite communications antenna platforms used in defense, scientific and commercial applications as well as offers installation and engineering support and related radio frequency platforms and electronics.
