JE Dunn Construction has won a potential $158M contract to repair the building envelope of a cadet chapel at the U.S. Air Force Academy in Colorado.
The company will replace the facility’s lighting and controls, install new safety and fire protection systems, dispose of hazardous materials, abate harmful objects and maintain colored glass art, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
Work will take place in Colorado Springs, Colo., through Nov. 1, 2022. USAF obligated the full contract amount from its fiscal 2019 operations and maintenance funds.
