Shawn Rodriguez, former vice president of state and local government and education at ForeScout Technologies (Nasdaq: FSCT), has been appointed to the same position atWorld Wide Technology. He brings more than two decades of management experience in the SLED market to his new position, WWTsaid Wednesday.
His corporate career also includes time at information technology companies Splunk, NetApp and Nortel. Rodriguez has also provided SLED consulting services to multiple industry organizations such as CompTia.
WWT’s SLED group works with state and local agencies and educational organizations to help them implement new technology platforms. The team’s services cover multiple SLED areas including student support, public safety, information technology, health and transportation.
