The Defense Logistics Agency has awarded Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) a pair of delivery orders to supply power electronics for the U.S. Navy’s E-2 Hawkeye early warning-and-control aircraft.
Northrop will provide high-voltage power supplies to the service branch under the first order worth $17M, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
For the second order, valued at $11M, the company will deliver aircraft power amplifier modules.
The Navy will finance both purchases with its working capital funds for fiscal 2019 through fiscal 2022.
