3 Firms Win DLA Freight Container Supply Contracts Worth $745M Total

NexGen Composites, Sea Box and W&K Containers won contracts worth potentially $744.9M from the Defense Logistics Agency to supply the U.S. Army with intermodal and Quadcon freight containers.

DLA’s land and maritime organization received four responses for the firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts, the Department of Defense said Friday.

Work will take place at various locations in New Jersey, Texas, California, South Carolina and Ohio through Oct. 29, 2024.

Contract details are provided below:

• NexGen will compete for up to $253.6M
• Sea Box will compete for up to $471.8M
• W&K will compete for up to $19.5M
