Ken Foldrauer
Ken Folderauer, a more than three-decade public sector and telecommunications industry veteran, has joined Comcast Business as vice president of the newly created federal government services segment.
He will oversee the segments go-to-market strategy, establishment of a public sector-focused sales channel and delivery of communications platforms and services to government agencies, Comcast Business said Monday.
Prior to Comcast Business, Folderauer previously served as head of communications services division within Oracles (NYSE: ORCL) national security group responsible for meeting the global communications requirements of U.S. federal agencies.
He is former president and CEO of BT Federal, a wholly owned subsidiary of BT Group, formerly British Telecom.
Folderauer has held leadership positions at Time Warner, CenturyLink (NYSE: CTL), Verizon Communications (NYSE: VZ) and Qwest Communications government services group.
Comcast Business provides Ethernet, WiFi, voice, internet, TV and managed enterprise platforms and services in support of organizations’ business transformation initiatives.
