E3/Sentinel Gains Access to OASIS Unrestricted Engineering, Professional Services Pools; Andy Maner Quoted

The combined company formed through the merger of E3 Federal Solutions and The Sentinel Company in November has completed the novation of Pool 1 and Pool 3 unrestricted portions of the General Services Administration’s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services contract vehicle.

McLean, Va.-based E3/Sentinel said Wednesday it assumed all obligations and duties related to the OASIS vehicle™s unrestricted categories after GSA approved the novation, which enables the company to provide federal agencies with professional services under Pool 1 and engineering support under Pool 3.

œOur focus remains on our current customers, providing options as we enhance our utilization of the OASIS vehicle as the firm finalizes its transition from small to unrestricted vehicles, said E3/Sentinel CEO Andy Maner.

œWe will keep growing organically with current customers while maintaining high throughput and win rates in new business over the next several years, he added.

The novation also allows the company to continue supporting existing Department of Homeland Security clients under the Technical Acquisition and Business Support Services contract vehicle and expand into defense, intelligence community and civilian markets.

OASIS has seven functional areas and is designated as a best-in-class platform by the Office of Management and Budget.
