Tyto Athene has acquired Island Information Technology Consultants for an undisclosed sum in a move to expand its intelligence community capabilities and form a mid-market mission critical technology platforms and services provider in support of government clients.

The combination of Tyto Athene and IITC enables us to create significantly greater value in our clients decision making capabilities and processes, Murray added.
IITC is a small woman-owned company delivering IT and communications tech support services to the intelligence community and other government agencies and specializes across systems engineering, audio video multimedia, enterprise management systems deployment and network engineering areas.
Tyto Athene is a full-service systems integrator providing networking, unified capabilities, video and command centers, mobility and security and surveillance support to government customers.
