Kevin Henderson, former vice president of business development at BAE Systems‘ U.S. subsidiary, has been named VP of corporate growth at SOS International.
In his previous capacity, Henderson worked for a BAE Systems Inc. segment that offers science and technology services to the intelligence community, SOSi said Thursday.
He held positions at the U.S. Army, the Association of the United States Army, the Department of Defense and the intelligence community.
Steven Shugart, a former DynCorp International executive, joined SOSi’s senior leadership team. His career at DynCorp included time as senior VP of business development and VP of the security services group. He previously served as president of both ARMA Aviation and GardaWorlds government services business.
SOSi also promoted Kevin Bearde as VP of its software solutions group, where he will manage a portfolio of integrated technology platforms for enterprise resource planning, application development and program management.
Mark Talkington elevated to the role of logistics VP within the mission solutions group. He will lead the government contractor’s efforts to expand logistics support for the departments of Defense and State.
