Caddell Construction has won a potential two-year, $143.5M contract to help the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers build an airmen training complex.
USACE received two offers for the firm-fixed-price contract that covers construction of a dormitory, parking areas, running track, exercise pads, a classroom, dining area, an equipment building and a weapons cleaning pavilion, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.
The company will perform work in San Antonio, Texas, and aims to finish the project by June 8, 2021.
The Army will obligate the full contract amount from its fiscal 2019 military construction funds at the time of award.
