Matt Preschern, formerly senior vice president of marketing at CA Technologies, has joined Austin, Texas-based cybersecurity firm Forcepoint as chief marketing officer.
He will report to Forcepoint CEO Matthew Moynahan and oversee the companys sales enablement, revenue generation, brand awareness and other global marketing initiatives, the company said Tuesday.
Moynahan said Prescherns experience as a marketing executive would help Forcepoint accelerate its growth efforts in the cybersecurity market.
Preschern brings to his role over 25 years of experience in digital marketing, brand, revenue management, corporate communications and customer experience areas.
He previously served as CMO at HCL Technologies and Windstream Communications and held VP roles at IBM (NYSE: IBM).
