Phil Thiel, a more than 35-year consulting industry veteran, has been promoted to an executive vice president role at Dewberry.
He will oversee Dewberry’s client engagement efforts in the federal sector and continue to manage its national geospatial and technology services business, the company said Friday.
Phils experience in managing large, complex federal contracts, his understanding of the challenges our public-sector clients face, and his ability to connect multiple agencies to solve mutual problems are keys to his role in leading our federal strategy, Dewberry CEO Donald Stone Jr. said.
Thiel will also lead the company’s efforts to deliver mapping, geographical information system, remote sensing and information technology services to federal clients that include the U.S. Geological Survey, Department of Homeland Security and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency.
