Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) has landed a spot on a potential five-year, $100M blanket purchase agreement to help the Federal Trade Commission update the agency’s information technology systems and services.
The company said Tuesday it plans to use agile and user-centric design processes to support FTC IT modernization efforts through the multiple-award IT Support Services BPA.
Angie Heise, president of Leidos’ civil group, said the contract offers the company an opportunity to help the agency implement cloud-based platforms.
As part of its task, the company will apply shared staff, services and technology across various government programs to assist FTC.
Leidos has supported the agency over the past two decades.
