ASRC Federal has secured a potential five-year, $202 million contract to support information technology, call center and laboratory operations of a Drug Enforcement Administration division responsible for the oversight of controlled pharmaceutical products.
The company said Monday its mission services team will perform the support services at DEAs Diversion Control Division in Arlington, Va.
We look forward to continuing our support of the DEA and its mission of enforcing controlled substances laws, said Mark Gray, CEO and president of ASRC Federal and a four-time Wash100 winner.
Tasks under the contract will include support for the agency’s registration service center and scientific expertise for a closed-loop distribution system for controlled substances.
ASRC Federal added it will help DEA develop software and manage IT systems through the contract, which has a one-year base period and four one-year options.
