James Blair
James Blair Jr., vice president of financial operations at L3 Technologies (NYSE: LLL), has been promoted to vice president and treasurer at the New York City-based defense contractor.
L3 said Thursday Blair succeeds Stephen Souza and and oversee the company’s global banking, foreign exchange, capital markets, rating agency relations, cash planning and risk management functions.
Jim has been a valuable member of the finance team for 13 years, said Ralph DAmbrosio, senior VP and chief financial officer.
DAmbrosio added he will continue to work with Blair in the management of financial management and growth initiatives.
Blair previously served as CFO of the National Security Solutions business that CACI International (NYSE: CACI) purchased from L3 through a $550 million cash deal in February 2016.
Prior to L3, he worked in financial leadership roles at Titan Corp. and other companies across various industries.
