Manoj Leelanivas, formerly president and CEO at Cyphort, has returned to Juniper Networks (NYSE: JNPR) as executive vice president and chief product officer.
Juniper said Friday he will be responsible for aligning product and go-to-market strategy, overseeing product line management and marketing teams and implementing technology offerings in his new position.
He will report to directly to CEO Rami Rahim.
Leelanivas previously worked at the company for 14 years, having held multiple leadership roles such as worldwide sales EVP for advanced technologies and EVP and general manager of software group.
He led Cyphort for four years, a company that offers security analytics platform designed to address evasive and advanced threats through machine learning and artificial intelligence.
