Navy Taps 6 Contractors for Potential $97M in CNO Test, Evaluation Support Services

Six companies have won spots on a potential $97.4 million U.S. Navy indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract that covers operational test and evaluation analytical services to various projects managed by the Chief of Naval Operations.

The Defense Department said Friday contractors will vie for task orders to help the CNO and Commander, Operational Test and Evaluation Force manage programs; review documents; conduct modeling, simulation and psychometric assessment efforts; and plan, design, analyze and report tests.

The Navy received 18 offers for the small business set-aside contract that has an initial ordering period of three years worth $83.1 million and runs through May 2021.

Work will occur in Norfolk, Virginia, and could extend through May 2021 if the six-month option is exercised.

The service branch obligated a total of $15,000 in fiscal 2017 research, test and development funds to the winning contractors at the time of award.

Awardees are:

  • AERMOR
  • AVW Technologies
  • Core Services Group
  • Hamilton Consulting Solutions Corp.
