Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC) has received a potential five-year, $620 million contract for engineering support services to NASA™s applied engineering and technology directorate at Goddard Space Flight Center in Maryland.
NASA said Friday the Omnibus Multidiscipline Engineering Services II indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract covers engineering support for the design, fabrication, verification, testing and operations of aerial, ground and spaceflight software and hardware for future science and space missions.
The OMES II cost-plus-fixed-fee contract™s ordering period will commence on July 1 and will run through June 30, 2022.
SAIC will perform work at a company facility in Virginia and at Goddard center in Maryland.
