Ryan Elliott, formerly vice president of business development at BNL, has joined Comprehensive Health Services as VP of federal domestic programs at the Cape Canaveral, Florida-based workforce medical services contractor.
CHS said Thursday he will report to Doug Magee, senior VP for business development, and oversee the company’s domestic business development initiatives across the federal market.

Elliott aims to help the company craft growth strategies, increase base contract and relationships, identify and support new business opportunities and develop value propositions in his new position.
Ryan brings a wealth of experience to the BD team from the government healthcare industry, and were very excited that he has joined the team, ” said Magee.
At BNL, Elliott managed business development and account expansion efforts in the commercial, intel/security and defense sectors.
He also previously held BD roles at Adayana and PwC.
