Kim Janson
Kim Janson, a former executive at H.J. Heinz and Bank of America, has joined Alexandria, Virginia-based federal technology and consulting services contractor SC3 as EVP of human resources and sales to oversee business development, proposal and recruiting functions.
SC3 said Monday Janson will report directly to CEO David Page and also lead efforts to develop and oversee talent management initiatives for the company that has customers in the defense, intelligence and civilian arenas of the federal government.
The company also works with large corporations and nonprofit organizations.
“Kim’s experience and background in organizational change, coaching and development and her strong business acumen bring added depth to our strong leadership team, ” Page said.
Janson’s two-decade career in the commercial sector includes roles such as chief talent management officer at H.J. Heinz, SVP of leadership development at Bank of America and a VP post at Hasbro with responsibility over organizational effectiveness, leadership, learning and diversity functions.
She left H.J. Heinz in September 2013 to start her own talent development firm Janson Associates in Boston and is also an executive coach and instructor at the Harvard Business School.
