A General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) subsidiary will continue to provide logistics support for the C-20 and C-37 fleet of the U.S. Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps and Navy under a $111.6 million contract modification.
The Defense Departmentsaid Thursday the modification is for a 12-month extension on a previously awarded contract by the Air Force.
General Dynamics’ Gulfstream Aerospace unit will perform work at several domestic and international U.S. military installations though the end of January 2017.
The obligated amount at the time of award is $71.3 million, DoD said.
Government and DoD officials use the C-20 and C-37 twin-engine turbofan aircraft for operational airlift support and special air missions.
