Vibrint Eyes Explainable AI Capability Expansion With Ampsight Buy

Defense technology company Vibrint has acquired Ampsight as part of efforts to broaden its technological capabilities across the full IT lifecycle to better support the missions of national security customers.

Vibrint said Monday Baird served as its adviser in the transaction, while McLean Group and Executive Council advised Ampsight.

Expanding Capabilities in Explainable AI & Other Tech Areas

Vibrint expects the acquisition to expand its ability to support every phase of the mission tech cycle, providing customers with access to highly skilled talent and interpretable artificial intelligence and machine learning, multicloud engineering and other tech capabilities designed for operational decision-making and situational awareness.
