NSTXL has welcomed Gretchen Clark as its new chief financial officer. Clark brings to the role a wealth of executive leadership experience, especially in the fields of finance, said the defense technology provider.
Who is NSTXL’s New CFO?
The executive joined NSTXL from the Miami Waterkeeper, where she also served as CFO for over a year. Prior to Miami Waterkeeper, she led as director of laboratory services at LuminUltra Technologies, a provider of molecular biology diagnostics.
Clark also held the CFO role at Source Molecular Corp. and ZEMGear and was director of finance at Monarch Wind Power. She also founded and sat as a managing member of an organization called Multi-Dimensional Distribution.
Clark’s resume also includes positions at Black River Asset Management, Commerzbank AG, Bear Stearns, Congressional Research Service and The Brookings Institution.
As CFO of NSTXL, she will shape the company’s financial strategy and identify opportunities to optimize business finance to support scalability goals.

Clark has a bachelor’s degree in individually designed major from Stanford University and a doctorate degree in political science from the University of Michigan.
