Cherokee Federal has appointed Alisa Perkins, a more than 20-year finance executive, as chief financial officer.
“Alisa Perkins is a proven financial executive whose expertise in strategic financial management, capital optimization, and stakeholder engagement will significantly contribute to our mission and vision,” Steven Bilby, president of Cherokee Federal, said in a statement published Monday.
“Her comprehensive experience aligns perfectly with our strategic objectives and will help us to continue delivering exceptional value to our customers and stakeholders,” added Bilby.
As CFO, Perkins will oversee the company’s financial operations and strategies to drive profitability and sustainable growth.

Alisa Perkins’ Career Background
Perkins previously served as CFO at The Nordam Group, Francis Energy and American Cementing. She also held senior leadership positions at SemGroup.
Her industry career included time leading financial strategies, guiding mergers and acquisitions and integration efforts, and managing multi-billion-dollar capital structures.
She is a certified public accountant with a bachelor’s degree from Drury University and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Tulsa.
