Anduril Industries has won a potential 10-year, $642.2 million contract from the U.S. Navy to install, deliver and sustain Installation-Counter small Unmanned Aircraft Systems, or IC-sUAS, at Marine Corps bases worldwide.
The Department of Defense said Friday Marine Corps Systems Command launched a competitive procurement process and received 10 offers for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.
Contract Scope
Under the first delivery order, Anduril’s federal division will provide program management, system procurement, site survey, new equipment training, physical configuration audit and engineering services for IC-sUAS.
The majority of contract work will occur in Costa Mesa, California, and the rest will be performed in Washington, D.C., and at various Marine Corps installations through March 2035.
The government will obligate $9.5 million in fiscal year 2024 Marine Corps procurement funding for the initial delivery order.
In February 2024, the Marine Corps released a solicitation for a capability to help detect, track, counter and defend covered facilities, personnel and assets from small drones and other emerging threats.
