Peter Nosek Appointed as Chenega SVP, Kris Singleton Becomes Astraeus Operations President

Chenega has appointed Peter Nosek as senior vice president, chief legal officer, and chief ethics and compliance officer.

The Alaska native corporation also named Kris Singleton president of its Astraeus Operations subsidiary, according to the executive’s Linkedin post.

Astraeus Operations, established in 2021, provides IT, cyber and engineering insights to both federal and commercial clients.

About the Executives

In a LinkedIn post, Chenega shared that Nosek will continue to oversee the legal department alongside general counsel Siena Caruso, focusing on expanding its ethics and compliance program. He has been with the company since December 2003.

Meanwhile, Singleton previously served as general manager of another subsidiary, Chenega Worldwide Support, a provider of mission-critical architecture, engineering and construction, and advisory and assistance services, before joining Astraeus Operations.

He was with Tucson, Arizona-based electronic engineering services firm Predictive Solutions Engineering for more than a decade, serving as its chief executive officer from 2023 to 2024. Singleton also mentors the Tucson Metro Chamber and American Corporate Partners.
