Lance Riddle, a 25-year veteran of the industry, has been appointed president and general manager of public sector at DMI, he announced on LinkedIn Saturday.
The senior executive will oversee all aspects of revenue generation, profit margin, new sales acquisition and customer satisfaction for the McLean, Virginia-based digital services provider.
Lance Riddle’s Professional Experience
Riddle has a strong background in account management, sales, consultation and capture management, as well as a proven track record in developing business strategies with a focus on customer success.
Before his recent promotion, Riddle was the senior vice president of civilian, financial, and security and VP of the financial public sector at DMI.
The executive, before joining DMI, spent over a year as principal for federal financial and regulatory at Capgemini, where he managed the company’s growth and strategy, maintained business relationships and ensured the delivery of services to federal financial and regulatory clients.
Riddle also held senior director positions at both Peraton and Perspecta. He was also an account general manager at DXC Technology and director at Hewlett Packard Enterprise. In addition, he served as account delivery manager and director and general manager during his seven years at HP.
Riddle spent over a decade at Electronic Data Systems, serving a variety of roles, including application services program manager, project manager and systems engineer, information security analyst and training specialist. He also briefly held a consultancy role at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
