BWXT said Monday it will operate the acquired AOT business as part of its government operations segment.
“The addition of A.O.T. to BWXT’s Nuclear Operations Group underscores our commitment to enhancing and growing our special materials portfolio to better serve our customers,” said Rex Geveden, president and CEO of BWXT.
Geveden added that the company looks forward to the contributions the acquired business will make to support its mission of ensuring national security.
