The Internal Revenue Service has awarded six companies positions on a potential five-year, $300 million blanket purchase agreement to provide non-information technology consulting support services for the agency’s wage and investment division.
According to award notices published Thursday in the Federal Procurement Data System, the awardees are Guidehouse, Maximus, Accenture Federal Services, Censeo Consulting Group, Purisolve and Chevo Consulting.
IRS launched a full and open competition and received 34 offers for the multiple-award BPA, which is expected to run through Aug. 25, 2029.
The agency intends to support its strategic objectives by seeking expert and objective strategic, technical, program management and implementation advice and guidance through the BPA.
According to a performance work statement issued in December, task areas include strategic planning and support, concept of operations and strategic initiatives, statistical analysis, business process improvement, regulatory compliance, instructional design and program integration.
